Meet the Founder
and CEO
Recognising a need for governance support across the Not-for-Profit and SME sectors, Gillian founded Boardium to streamline processes and free leaders to focus on strategy, risk and major boardroom disruptors.

With more than 20 years extensive experience on boards, in leadership and as CEO, Gillian brings a versatile background encompassing business, marketing, start-ups, operations, governance, and leadership in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
She is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia. She is an accomplished governance and risk professional with a passion for improving the NFP sector as well as small to medium enterprise governance.

Her current portfolio includes as director on a number of boards.
Beyond the boardroom, Gillian is an advocate for community engagement, recognising the profound impact that robust governance practices can have on society.
